there are plenty of good sites out there which are purposely set up to teach foreigners korean.
one site is KOSNET, another is Sogang.
if you just google it up, it will give u a ton of good sites.
if u have the motivation and interest, you will pick up the language in quick time. going to the country itself will always help a lot. good luck
There is no short cut for learning a new language. The onely way is your best effort on Study Study Study then putting yourself in the situation where you can practise daily or at least weekly basis.

so if you live in korea ,i advice you try to talk with korea
do not shy, and you learn the korea letter first ,
theres just 100 letter in korean, may be less than that ,
then you can reading all the korean words though you can not understand what is that mean exactly ,good luck
