Yup, many Korean churches teach for free.
Many tutors are willing too.

well as far as i know yes there is some school teaches diff. languages you just have to look one. but im theres is..now if you find it hard to look one then maybe you can hire someone who can teach one on one so youre like doing a home study

Berlitz or Rosetta Stone ARE the two BEST language courses. They can be purchased online or in most bookstores. Good luck! By the way, English is the toughest language to learn just next to click talk.
