What is the easiest way to learn korean language?

I have 3 more years of nursing education, live in St. paul MN, and attend National American University.
Obstacle 1: My school does not offer courses in such areas.
Obstacle 2: Limited availability of asian institutes (at least to the best of my knowlege)
Obstacle 3: Do I purchase a korean language DVD or be patient till I graduate – then go back, learn from the scratch.

Pls, any advice welcome…:)
