The best way that I know of is to use Rosetta stone . But if you REALLY want to get into it, I suggest you go abroadand study for two months. There's nothing better than to surround yourself with people who speak Korean. Just make sure you have a Korean friend who can translate everything :]

When you learn Hmong and English, what do you do to learn them? or what did you do? I think the same learning experience holds for learning Korean. The best way to learn Korean is to take Korean conversation classes at school or private institute if possible, I think. Your learning process will start with memorizing the Korean alphabet, Hangul. And then you can learn basic phonics, grammar, vocabulary, etc.

The site below can help you learn Korean.

The best way to learn the language is through classes. By taking classes, you learn vocabulary and grammar correctly. You also have the benefit of having an instructor who can correct your mistakes. Then, to hone your skills, you can spend some time in Korea.

Rosetta Stone (and other language learning software) only makes you repeat phrases until they're memorized. No grammar is taught.

Korean is pretty hard to learn. I'd suggest a private tutor. To be fluent, it'd probably take around 2 years to hold an actual conversation with a native Korean. and maybe more to be really good at it. Depends on how much you put into it.
